Groovy Green Smoothie

This fruity groovy green smoothie recipe with apple, grapes, and fresh spinach leaves is a great way to get your kids to eat greens! Experiment with different amounts or types of fruit and make it your own.

  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 (150g) Best Baa Dairy maple sheep yogurt
  • ½ apple, cored and chopped

Place spinach, banana, grapes, yogurt, and apple into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into two glasses and serve.
