Bonfeta and Baby Feta

Our Greek-style Feta is made the traditional way from our whole pasteurized sheep milk and minimally salted with sea salt. Stored brine made using its own whey, our feta is slighty salty, tangy and full-flavoured, with a creamy and crumbly texture.  It’s a versatile topping for salads, pasta or pizza. Or try using it as a savoury ingredient for dishes like stuffed chicken or crusted salmon.
